Principal Engineer – Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce

We’re seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge digital products and services. The roles sit at the forefront of digital engagement, focusing on scalable architecture, technical leadership, and modern, data-driven solutions across multiple product domains.

As a Principal Engineer, you’ll shape the technology direction on greenfield projects, as you define architectural patterns, and draw on your full stack technical skills to deliver high-performance, secure, and customer-centric digital experiences.

• Focus on Workday, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
• Lead initiatives that simplify, automate, and connect internal systems and processes.
• Ensure platform experiences meet business needs.
• Design and manage cross-platform data flows and integrations to enable a cohesive digital workplace.
• Drive service design, automation, and performance improvements 

To be successful in one of these roles you will need:

• Extensive relevant Engineering capabilities
• Proven background in financial services or similar regulated environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow and/or Salesforce
• Skills in configuration, workflows, and integrations
• Proven track record of leading platform optimisation, automation, and cross-system connectivity.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential
