About the role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to develop and implement the Portfolio Governance framework within the Network Engineering Portfolio Governance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Portfolio Governance Framework for Network Engineering.
- Administer Portfolio Governance operational forums to ensure structured decision-making.
- Support governance of Technology CAPEX through data collation and reporting.
- Ensure alignment of Network Engineering Key Priorities with business strategy.
- Oversee the Front Door triage process and facilitate stakeholder communications.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Business Delivery Owners, Network Engineering leadership, and Enterprise Planning teams.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in telecommunications or project governance
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, portfolio governance, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in tracking value outcomes, managing complex stakeholders and operating in an ambiguous environment with competing priorities
- Strong communication skills, project management understanding, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships, influencing key stakeholders, and fostering positive collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
