We’re working with a major player in the resources industry to find an experienced Business Analyst for a high-impact project focused on HSEC and HR systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with business and technical stakeholders, driving process improvement and supporting system transformation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather and document business and system requirements

• Analyse and map current/future-state processes (BPMN in Visio)

• Identify improvement opportunities and support solution design

• Translate technical details into business-friendly language

• Develop test plans, conduct testing, and lead UAT

• Support users during system transition and go-live

• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, with gap and impact analysis experience

• Solid knowledge of HSEC and HR processes, ideally within mining/heavy industry

• Proficient in business process modelling (BPMN/Visio)

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Confident in handling competing interests, resistance to change, and multi-vendor projects

• Experience with testing, defect triage, and UAT leadership

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or similar
