A leading government organisation based in Chatswood is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of medium to high-risk infrastructure projects. This role sits within a high-performing team responsible for capital works, asset renewals, and minor upgrades as part of a major regional investment program.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects ranging from $5M to $20M+, ensuring alignment with program timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to drive integration, performance, and risk management.
• Administer NEC4 contracts, manage schedules, mitigate project risks, and ensure governance and compliance are maintained.
• Provide clear and regular project reporting and engage effectively with key stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex infrastructure projects within government, utilities, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with delivery partners in high-pressure environments.
• Strong understanding and application of NEC4 (or similar) contract management frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or project management.
