About the role
Our client is seeking dynamic and experienced Project Managers to lead the national rollout of a major program initiative. The Project Manager will oversee the program’s implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational safety goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to align the program with broader organizational safety and efficiency objectives.
- Lead the national deployment of wearable devices, managing iterative rollouts and adapting to feedback in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Collaborate with operational teams across regions, facilitating effective communication and ensuring consistent adoption of the technology.
- Utilize real-time data and feedback loops to refine practices, driving long-term enhancements in safety outcomes and operational performance.
- Manage all aspects of the program, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and rollout of standardized processes and capability uplift programs.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement efforts across the Field Business Excellence portfolio.
Required Skills and Tools
- Experience on business excellence and continuous improvement projects.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for agile project tracking and documentation.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint for stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience in field operations, safety, or workforce capability development.
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Understanding of wearable devices and their application in workplace safety is desirable.
- Familiarity with strategies to prevent musculoskeletal injuries in fieldwork environments is desirable
- Prior experience in safety, telecommunications, and governance is beneficial.
