Are you an experienced Test Analyst passionate about quality and keen to make an impact in large-scale projects? We are seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join a dynamic team working on critical enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Test Lead and team to plan, design, and execute test cases.
• Create and maintain defects in the designated test tool to a high standard.
• Review acceptance criteria and develop traceability to test cases.
• Participate in test execution activities for releases and contribute to progress reporting.
• Write high-quality, reusable test cases.
• Maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Utilise existing testing methods and tools as directed.
• Update documentation related to methods and tools as required.
• Work with business representatives during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Senior Test Analyst.
• Extensive experience in software testing, ideally with exposure to Workforce Management Systems.
• Proficiency in integration testing, including APIs and SFTP.
• Manual functional testing experience.
• Experience with test planning and test case documentation.
• Strong defect reporting and tracking skills.
• Knowledge of Time and Attendance systems, Awards and EBAs, and Scheduling/Rostering testing highly desirable.
• Experience using test management tools (e.g. ALM preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a technical team.
