The Service Desk Officer is the initial contact for providing the Company with reliable and efficient digital support services, contributing significantly to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment through their hands-on experience and technical know-how.
Skills Required:
- Completed a Microsoft or CompTIA certification, or have relevant experience in IT or related fields
- Experience working in IT support and providing expert advice
- Familiar with Service Desk systems and IT tools
- Able to fix issues with computers, devices, operating systems, and common programs like MS Office, web browsers, and email
- Experience with setting up and configuring systems using scripts and software deployment tools
- Understands IT service standards and service level agreements
- Communicates well, works well with others, and delivers great customer service
- Proven team player who helps the team meet its goals
- Focused on customer needs and uses feedback to improve digital services
- Experience creating or updating processes to keep information accurate and help train team members
- Can work independently or with different teams to get results
- Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-changing environment
