About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Delivery Lead to lead the implementation and optimization of Workday solutions for our clients. This role demands a proven track record in delivering successful Workday projects, coupled with a deep understanding of Workday’s capabilities and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee and mentor a cross-functional team of consultants and technical experts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Stay up to date of Workday updates and industry trends, recommending enhancements and optimizations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in Workday implementation and delivery, with at least 2 major projects successfully completed.
- Workday HCM and/or Financials certification(s) preferred.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with ADP systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage) is highly desirable.
