About the role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to lead and execute complex integrations between Workday and various external systems, with a focus on Payroll/ADP systems or Workforce Management systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Workday integration tools and a strong understanding of payroll and workforce management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that integrations align with organizational needs and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with security standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Workday integration development, with at least 2 years focusing on Payroll/ADP systems or Workforce Management systems.
  • Proficiency in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, ADP systems (e.g., ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo), and workforce management systems.
  • Workday Integration certification is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
