Ronnie Reardon

Ronnie is an Account Director in M&T Resources’ WA team, bringing more than 12 years of recruitment experience across the IT sector. While he has recruited across a broad range of IT and OT environments, his focus over the past four years has been in the Data and Software space.

Originally from Kent in the UK, Ronnie lived in his family home for around 22 years before travelling to Australia as a backpacker. What began as an overseas adventure became a permanent move, with Ronnie building both a career and family life in Australia.

His pathway into recruitment started after school through a HR apprenticeship, giving him an early introduction to people-focused work. What has kept him in the industry is the chance to build new relationships, strengthen existing ones and help create opportunities that have a real impact.

Ronnie was drawn to M&T Resources after hearing strong feedback about the business, the team and its distinctive service offering. The opportunity to join a well-regarded recruitment business with a different approach made the move feel right.

In his role, Ronnie is strong at opening new doors, building relationships and bringing empathy into conversations with clients and candidates. He is driven by honesty, compassion, perseverance and growth, with a mindset that is always looking towards what comes next.

Outside of work, Ronnie’s time is centred around his young family. You will also find him running, playing golf or enjoying family activities with his son.
