Pooja is a Senior Recruitment Consultant in M&T Resources’ Brisbane team, working across Technology, Finance, Banking and Insurance. She specialises in technical and project services roles, recruiting Software Developers, Architects, Testers, Business Analysts and
Project Managers.
Pooja grew up in India before moving to Australia, a journey that has shaped both her personal outlook and professional approach. She brings with her a strong appreciation for culture, family values and the experiences that come from embracing new environments. One of her proudest accomplishments is that very journey, building a successful career while adapting to a new country.

Her pathway into recruitment was shaped by a natural interest in people. Pooja enjoys learning about career aspirations, understanding what motivates candidates and finding the alignment where both sides can move forward with confidence. For her, the most rewarding part of the role is helping candidates take the next step in their journey while creating meaningful partnerships with clients.
