Jemma Dougall appointed new Regional Director, VIC
M&T Resources appoints Jemma Dougall as new Regional Director for Victoria.
Jemma Dougall joined M&T Resources in 2012 and has accomplished great success over the last five years. She has done an exceptional job building business alongside SMS Management & Technology, and has achieved an excellent track record as top biller for new business and overall contribution margin four years running.
For Jemma, her passion lies in the opportunity to make a difference and to work in real partnership with diverse talent and organisations.

She will continue to support M&T’s strong company culture, balancing professionalism and enjoyment within her team. Another priority will be taking M&T Resources’ CSR initiatives to new heights, through running a team volunteering program to help skilled migrants to find employment in the Australian market.

Jemma comes from a long career in recruitment, starting her own business in New Zealand at the age of 21. She subsequently worked across human resources and recruitment in New Zealand and Edinburgh, UK, before relocating to Melbourne nine years ago. She has built up excellent foundations and a real presence in the VIC market working for some of Australia’s leading organisations.
Jemma takes over from Ken Kwan, who recently left the business after 5 years.
